Since February 2023 I have gained the amazing opportunity to showcase day to day life in and around Kansas City. At KSHB41 I have learned every aspect of the content lifecycle, from production to audience engagement. My skills have earned me a Midwest Emmy nomination for my work on the CPKC Stadium Project.  As a professional photojounalist, I pride myself on connecting easily with the Kansas City community during interviews. Through my love of music, I worked on 4 projects of my own, working both behind and in front of the camera. You can check them out on my photojournalism page. 

I also donate my free time to my friends and family capturing precious moments of their lives. I enjoy showcasing their engagements, weddings, and baby announcements as a gift to them. Working in a new and stunning location was a wonderful challenge, and I was able to capture unforgettable moments and create a beautiful and emotional film that the couple will cherish for years to come. This experience allowed me to showcase my skills in videography and storytelling, and I'm grateful for the opportunity to create such a special and meaningful piece of content. In 2021, I had the opportunity to manage social media for a popular breakfast chain called The Big Biscuit. In this role, I was responsible for posting daily content, including promotional photos and videos, as well as creating both print and digital advertising materials. Through this experience, I gained valuable skills in content creation, marketing, and advertising, as well as a strong understanding of the importance of social media in today's digital landscape. Working directly under the VP of the company, I demonstrated the value of collaborating with local influencers. I saw early on that authentic local partnerships drive real engagements, and thats the a strategy I've carried with me ever since.
